Connect Jira to Lyse via the Webapp App Integration. Use your Atlassian API token, domain, and project settings to generate Jira issues automatically from Figma design changes.

Lyse integrates with Jira to transform changes in your design system into issues. By configuring Jira in the Lyse Webapp, section App Integration, every change from Figma can be turned into tickets in the right Jira project, keeping product and design perfectly aligned.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your Atlassian account settings to generate an API token.

  • Be logged into the Lyse Webapp.

Required fields

1. Personal Access Token

  • Go to Atlassian account settings → Security.

  • Click Create API token.

  • Name the token (e.g., Lyse-Automation) so your team can identify it.

  • Copy and paste it into the Personal Access Token field in the Lyse Webapp.

2. Atlassian Domain
Provide the domain of your workspace. Example: your-domain.atlassian.net.

3. Email Address
Enter the email address you use to log into your Jira account.

4. Project
Select the Jira project where Lyse should create issues (for example Design System).

Once these steps are complete, your Jira account will be synchronized with Lyse. From then on, every change captured in Figma can be transformed into actionable Jira issues in just a few seconds.
